Background:

The characterization and classification of white blood cells (WBC) is critical for the diagnosis of anemia, leukemia and many other hematologic diseases. WBC Profiler is a software (matlab-based) package based on unsupervised feature learning for efficient and effective WBC characterization and recognition.

Description:

This project contains source code (matlab) of WBC Profiler with API functions, Util functions, third-parity libraries, example data as well as results generated based on example data via WBC Profiler. The third-party libraries are included for the convenience of independent deployment of WBC Profiler, and not for distribution purpose. And the manuscript related to WBC Profiler has been submitted to a scientific journal and is currently under review.
